The emotionless bed you made for yourself, you start doing the work to remake it.
If you’re healed, you become well aware that you are a safe place for others. Your parents dysfunction had you overlooking your own internal regulations.
The conversation becomes about you deserving a comfortable place within your heart, mind, and body. This safe space eventually translates to your living environment and then others enjoy being around you.
Your insight has you dismantling one reality and constructed a whole new one. The new reality is a literal safety net of your own creation.
