Wonderful night

I’ve been a bit busy and not updated my blog feed on my website as much as I would like, so I apologize. I have been doing a few different author events. And besides that, I sell vintage items on Facebook marketplace and several of my items have been purchased for a local movie that’s being filmed in Bloomington and that’s been very exciting.

I wanted to let everyone know that I am still pushing forward and I have two more books coming out next month and I’m very excited about that. And I have been asked to participate in a lovely event. This event takes place on the last day of January and potentially has a trip to New York as the prize. I was asked to participate last year, but seeing that see you later had only been published for a couple of months I was not quite ready for that kind of thing, but now that I’ve had an entire year of speaking events and being on podcasts, I think I’m ready. I was encouraged to do a story last night at a special event at the fashion mall and it went really really well, so much so, that the story I told last night is what I’ve been asked to read for this event in January.

I already sent in my audition tape. The story I created for last night’s event was a personal story and it had a bit of a twist at the end so it went over really well.
